You'll be joining a team of 4 ODs who are committed to your professional development and a healthy work life balance, as well as a staff that is working toward your success in the clinic, including a primary technician who scribes for you and works closely with you on a daily basis. Our technicians are well trained, friendly and efficient; they perform pre testing, case history, blood pressure, iCare IOP and instill dilation drops as well as any special testing (OCT, pachymetry, fundus/anterior photos, topography, visual fields, CL insertion/removal training). Doctors typically see 2-3 patients per hour using 2 fully equipped exam lanes with large monitors for easy viewing of images. Clinic hours are Mon/Wed 8-7, Tue/Thur 8-4:30, Fri 7-noon and we offer our patients the ability to call us after-hours for urgent care on a rotating basis (expect to be on call about ~12-14 weeks/year).Fully integrated electronic medical records with Compulink since 2010, we offer convenient ways to get in touch with us including texting; our patient scheduling and paperwork is available online before the visit and we offer a virtual tour. We have integrated the latest technology including Clarus fundus camera, Cirrus OCT with angioplex, Humphrey Visual Field, as well as Medomont Topographer.
